LAW Recording Studios was owned by Stan & Lee Watters, and was designed and built for the creativy of music from talented musicians. Over the years these studios were in operation a wide variety of musical talent created great music that made a difference in the world.

Local bands, singers and entertainers created & recorded music that shaped their lives. Top recording artist worked in these studios on their record projects and some of the songs became hits for them. It wasn’t odd to see artist like Gladys Knight & The Pips, Dionne Warwick, BB King, The Smothers Brothers, Cheech & Chong, Liberace, The Gatin Brothers, or Waylon Jennings recording or hanging out in the lounge.

These studios where the goto place in it’s day. Modeled after two the finest recording facilites in Hollywood & Los Angeles, Sunset Sound, and The Record Plant. These studios where equiped with consoles and tape machines that top enginers & producers would seek out for the quality they proudced.

The Equipment of both studios “A” & “B” had a long history of being part of some of the greatest music ever recorded. The consoles and tape machines in both rooms came from other major recording studios in Los Angeles.
